After ‘sampling’ a number of local and overseas beauty salons, I am at
best an unreliable client, never keen to book in advance, reluctant to
consider any loyalty to one specific salon and more often than not I
would contact the salon expecting to be able book my treatment at a
convenient time for me that very day!
18 months ago, I decided to ‘try out’ your salon – Immerse, as it was
nearby and on first impressions, looked rather attractive. Ever
cautious, I booked a pedicure (always a good way to test somewhere new).
From the moment I entered the salon, it felt warm and inviting, the
staff were professional yet friendly and personable. The pedicure
treatment area, being a focal part of the salon is relaxing, bright and
airy and conversation between clients and staff comes easily. It’s like
popping round to a friends for a chat over a cup of tea!
Thanks to the fabulous Immerse Beauty Club, I am now spoilt rotten at least once a month with an hour and a half of pure indulgent
pampering. I’m sometimes so relaxed after my facial, I almost forget to
collect the kids from school!

Becky runs a very professional salon, with a team of friendly,
knowledgeable & helpful staff. The salon is beautifully decorated, they
have an excellent range of products and pay great attention to detail.
The location, parking and opening hours are very convenient.
A treatment at Immerse is always a luxurious experience to look forward
to.
